  Vision
 
LPN is an organization that aims to promote quality of life for workers. This includes rights-protection, promoting equality, self-reliance, and peaceful living together in society.

  Strategy
 
1. Operational research and analysis to support information base on migrant workers, with regards to community, societal and policy-related issues.
2. Development of projects that address the problems and needs of the workers.
3. Direct assistance on legal aid and fundamental rights
4. Development of network with government agencies, private organisations and local organisations, at both the provincial and national levels.
5. Rights-based advocacy for workers, to support their fundamental rights; including labour rights, rights to health, education and social services.
6. Building the learning process and participation of workers, towards self-reliance.
   
  Target
   
  The fundamental rights, and other rights granted by the law, are guaranteed and protected equally for migrant workers, their family and followers, in order to develop their quality of life and safe migration.
   
 

Objectives

   
  1. To promote the integration of migrant workers and their families in Thai society.
2. To build and develop systems and mechanisms for rights-protection, and assist those whose rights are violated.
3. To build the capacity of migrant workers’ networks and self-help organisations, for self-reliance.
4. To create understanding and awareness of the responsibility to address the HIV/AIDS problem, and assist prevention and rehabilitation of those affected amongst the migrant community
